1 Mold Kit Package - Comes With 1 Tray, 1 Blue & 1 White Putty to Mix For top or bottom

2 Mold Kit Package - Comes With 2 Trays, 2 Blue & 2 White Putty to Mix For top and bottom or 2 tops 2 bottoms.

Each kit will include 2 shipping options and a return label. 

Step 1

Get the two color putties out of the bag and place them in your hand.

Note: Please wash your hands with soap and dry them before grabbing the putties or put on gloves. 

Step 2

Mix the two putties together in a timely manner, kind of like “Play Doh”. Mix until you see them become one solid color. Remember you just have a couple of seconds to mix. You don’t want the puttie to dry so mix as fast as possible.

Step 3

Next, place the mold into the mouth piece and make sure it’s even inside the mouth piece mostly in the front set of your teeth. Do not let the tray over flow. If you going to do only 6 teeth, then place appropriate amount on the tray.

Step 4

Next open your mouth as wide as you can and put the mouth piece in (until your teeth are right in the middle of the mouthpiece without being too close to the walls of the tray) and push straight up (for top grillz) or straight down (for bottom grillz). Bite all the way into the mold. Hold the mouth piece in your mouth for 3-4 minutes (DO NOT MOVE OR TALK). Make sure the mix covers your teeth and that your lips don't get in the way (holding your lip out while biting into the mold). Also your impression must have a good visible gum line(where your teeth meet your gum).

Step 5

After 5 minutes, tilt your mouth piece to the side and pull down GENTLY. Then put the tray that has the impression in the bag that is provided with the order number and send it back to our address.
